The brief for this project was to come up with a advertising campaign to encourage people to cycle to the 2012 London Olympics. See below for the poster and three newspaper banners.

'The End is Nigh...'

Here are some of my designs and research for a collaborative project between animators and illustrators. The brief was to create a short looping animation which represented the end of the world according to the Mayan long count calendar: 12/21/2012
We decided to use Jack in a Box's -that never fully open- as a metaphor. People think the world is going to end, they don't know when it will happen, it hasn't happened yet.

Little models

First boy, made from sculpey. I am pleased with some of the facial features but it was difficult to get the expression right... and to get it the same on both sides of his face.
Going to practice making more and play around with some different postures and proportions.
